KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Former Tennessee All-America offensive lineman Antone Davis says he endured "constant intimidation, bullying and mental abuse" from Volunteers coach Butch Jones while working for him.
Tennessee announced last week Davis is stepping down as the Tennessee football program's Vol For Life coordinator, effective Nov. 15. In a resignation letter obtained through a public records request, Davis calls his tenure "one of the worst work experiences I have ever had."
Jones said in a statement that "I wish Antone Davis well and thank him for his work as Tennessee's Vol For Life coordinator.
