Did Jeremy Pruitt and Tyson Helton underuse a major talent during their first year as head coach of the Tennessee football program? Well, they may have given what tight end Eli Wolf just showed this past weekend.
Wolf, who is the younger brother of UT tight end Ethan Wolf, left Rocky Top as a graduate transfer last year and played his senior season with the Georgia Bulldogs. He clocked in a 4.43 hand-timed 40-yard dash while standing taller than 6’4″ and weighing 245 pounds.
It’s incredible for a tight end to have that size and speed at the same time, meaning Eli Wolf appears to have rare physical talent.
