We’re a day out from Tennessee getting their weekend going in Nashville at the SEC Tournament. The Volunteers are set to face the winner of Texas/Texas A&M, with tip-off loosely scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET on Friday afternoon.
An opportunity for that elusive No. 1 seed remains in play for the Volunteers, even after dropping a tough one to Ole Miss on the road last week. Their path to the Sunday title would potentially be Texas A&M, then Auburn. That would obviously give the Volunteers two more big wins with a shot to win it all on Sunday.
