After more than a week of hauling, rolling and spreading, the transition for the surface at Bristol Motor Speedway surface finally is finished.
Track officials laid the ceremonial last piece of turf, completing the most important part of the speedway’s conversion for the September 10 game between Tennessee and Virginia Tech.
