Christian Moore spent all of two games at the single-A level, now he’s headed to double-A ball. The former Tennessee second baseman got the call that he was moving up to the Rocket City (Huntsville) Trash Pandas on Friday, quickly taking a step closer to the major leagues with the Los Angeles Angels organization.
Moore hit .545 in his two games in single-A, hitting two doubles, a triple and smacking a home run in just 11 at bats. He drove in six runs and scored five runs.
