Three-star tight end Jacob Warren released a video Wednesday to announce that he was committing to Tennessee.
Warren announced his decision standing in front of Neyland Stadium, wearing Tennessee apparel, with P. Diddy’s hit song “Coming Home” playing. Vols coach Butch Jones soon retweeted the video.
Warren (6 feet 6, 211 pounds), from Knoxville Farragut, chose the Vols over offers from Auburn, Louisville, Mississippi State, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, Oregon, South Carolina and Vanderbilt.
Warren is considered one of the nation’s top 40 tight ends in the 2018 recruiting cycle. He is the 11th commitment for the Vols, and seven are in-state recruits.
