In a dream world, the Tennessee Titans go out and sign someone like Joe Flacco with the upside of being signed next year to a solid deal and receiving a compensatory pick.
However, the more likely scenario is that the Titans sign someone with a lot of experience in different schemes. Someone who has won with good talent and won without it. Someone who might have a relationship with Ryan Tannehill and who could provide a nice backup option without any sort of distention in the ranks.
Enter Matt Moore.
While Moore has been rumored to be talking to different teams around the NFL this offseason, it seems like he will probably pick and choose his situation carefully.
