The Tennessee Titans have had their final practice leading into their first game of the NFL season against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. While the Titans didn’t have too many injuries in the preseason, two lingering issues headline the practice notes from today.
According to multiple sources, Jason McCourty and Sammie Hill were held out today which confirms what everyone already thought: they are in all likelihood out for the first game.
Hill is easily replaced since the Titans have veteran nose tackle Al Woods who looked great in the preseason. He also has Angelo Blackson behind him, who has shown flashes for a rookie.
