[UPDATE] - Richardson is inactive, so the Titans will face Flacco.
Earlier this week there was a chance this game was going to be Mason Rudolph vs. Joe Flacco. While that might be a better game at this point, both the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts need their second-year quarterback out there. Both teams are still in the information gathering stage. The only way to gather information is for Will Levis and Anthony Richardson to play. Both are on track to be out there today.
This is a pivotal game for the Titans.
