NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Michael Griffin was a first-round draft pick by the Titans in 2007, and during the course of his nine-year career he’s played in 140 games.
On Sunday against the Texans, Griffin moved into fourth place on the franchise’s career list in tackles. It came on a day when the safety led the Titans in tackles (11), giving him 908 in his career.
“Griff probably played his best game (Sunday),’’ Titans interim coach Mike Mularkey said. “I really thought he played well in all areas. Very good support in the run, being where he’s supposed to be.
