The Tennessee Titans are entering a critical offseason. New general manager Mike Borgonzi and president of football operations Chad Brinker are planning to slowly rebuild the roster. They won’t repeat Ran Carthon’s mistakes by signing aging veterans to bloated contracts.
The new approach doesn’t mean the Titans don’t have the assets required to quickly improve after going an NFL-worst 3-14 in 2024. They own the No. 1 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, where they could choose to draft a quarterback, Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward.
