When it was announced that Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins was going to miss four-to-six weeks with a knee injury, everyone assumed Treylon Burks would be the player to step up. Burks has been impressive at camp, but don’t forget about Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. Westbrook continues to be a model of consistency in Brian Callahan’s offense.
Westbrook-Ikhine made an outstanding play in Saturday’s practice. The former undrafted receiver got behind two defensive backs (appears to be Tre Avery and Elijah Molden) to catch a deep go-ball touchdown from starting quarterback Will Levis.
