NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- New Tennessee Titans offensive line coach Russ Grimm prefers his initial impression of his players to come in person in stead of on film.
"We're starting fresh -- we're going to be a clean slate and I'm going to see what they can do when they get in here," Grimm told John Glennon of The Tennessean. "I'm not going to make any early judgments on last year or the year before — or if a guy's been hurt, or this or that.
"I've watched a little bit of film, but not enough to make a judgment on a player.
