Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel announced that Ryan Tannehill will be the starting quarterback against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday if Will Levis is sidelined by injury. Levis is dealing with a high-ankle sprain. Vrabel made the announcement while speaking with local members of the media on Wednesday afternoon. Tannehill is expected to receive first-team practice reps later this afternoon. We’ll report back with the official practice update.

Many wondered if Tannehill or sophomore quarterback Malik Willis would serve as the starting quarterback if Levis is unavailable.
