Tennessee Titans rookie defensive tackle T’Vondre Sweat had a fairly quiet NFL debut in Saturday’s preseason victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Sweat played just 12 snaps. The 49ers drove right down the field on their possession with an 11 play scoring drive.
Titans head coach Brian Callahan offered a pretty healthy analysis of Sweat’s performance during the post-game presser.
“He was nervous to start the game,” Callahan said. “He settled down a little bit as it went on. He was active, but we didn’t see those splash plays.
