NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk may be quiet, but she’s not weak, general manager Ruston Webster said Friday.
Strunk fired head coach Ken Whisenhunt on Tuesday, replacing him with interim coach Mike Mularkey.
“She proved she wasn’t weak by making the move that she made,” Webster said in his weekly appearance on Midday 180 in The Zone, a show I co-host. “She made in my mind a very decisive decision there that probably somebody who was weak or struggled to make decisions wouldn’t make. She’s fortunate to have Steve (Underwood) here, and that’s something we haven’t had here in a long time to speak for ownership.
