NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tight end Delanie Walker sifts through 15 pills each workday morning after he arrives at the Tennessee Titans' facility. The combination includes ibuprofen, vitamins and natural energy pills.
Walker is one of many Titans who see the value in taking supplements. In the NFL of 2016, many players take some variety of supplements to enhance their diets, workouts and recovery.
"I don't really have a number, but I'll take a lot of supplements," left tackle Taylor Lewan said. "I think it's good for you to do, to put those essential things in your body.
