The Tennessee Titans entered the offseason needing multiple upgrades at the wide receiver position. General manager Ran Carthon made a massive splash when he signed Calvin Ridley to a four-year contract worth $92 million on March 15. Ridley will partner with DeAndre Hopkins to serve as Will Levis’ go-to receivers.
Another passing-game weapon was required for new head coach Brian Callahan to comfortably install his pass-happy offense. The Titans appeased that request by signing Tyler Boyd to a one-year contract on May 13. Callahan coached Boyd with the Cincinnati Bengals for the previous five seasons.
