NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- On the scale of NFL quarterbacking arm strength, Shaun Hill ranks near the bottom, while Matthew Stafford ranks near the top.
The Tennessee Titans move from Hill to Stafford this week.
It’s not like a major league baseball team going from R.A. Dickey to Aroldis Chapman. But combine Stafford’s savvy and arm talent and on Sunday, when the Titans visit the Detroit Lions, he’s going to present a lot of problems for a defense that didn’t show against Hill and the Minnesota Vikings that it can sack the quarterback or make a play on a pass.
