Titans did some dictating in second preseason game

ESPN Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky says the Titans rarely managed to control a game in their 2-14 season in 2014. Yes, it was only a preseason contest. But Sunday night, in a win over the Rams, Tennessee did the dictating.
