HOUSTON -- The Texans are on a two-game winning streak and on the cusp of their first playoff berth since 2012.
That didn't stop ESPN.com's power rankers from dropping them one spot in the rankings. This week the Texans moved from No. 13 to No. 14, one spot below the Raiders and one spot above the Falcons.
It is true that the Texans beat a hapless team this weekend. The Tennessee Titans have only three wins and were playing a backup quarterback in Zach Mettenberger, who has struggled tremendously against the Texans.
