Quarterback Ryan Tannehill resurrected his career with the Tennessee Titans in 2019, and he is rightfully receiving recognition for it.
Tannehill, who was traded to the Titans from the Miami Dolphins after the 2018 season, finished with 2,742 passing yards and 22 touchdowns to six picks, and also scored four rushing touchdowns.
Tannehill also finished with the best passer rating in the NFL (117.5) and the third-highest completion percentage (70.3). Adding to that, he was Pro Football Focus’ highest-graded quarterback of 2019
After taking over the starting job in Week 7, Tannehill led the Titans to a 7-3 record the rest of the regular season, which led to a playoff berth at 9-7 after a 2-4 start.
