Tennessee Titans offensive lineman David Quessenberry caught his first career touchdown on a pass from quarterback Marcus Mariota in the Week 2 game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Just about everyone on the planet probably assumed the Titans would hand the ball to bruising back Derrick Henry on a first-and-goal, but offensive coordinator Arthur Smith had other plans.
After a play action fake to Henry, Mariota connected with Quessenberry, who was playing tight end, for a one-yard touchdown strike.
Well, that’s one way to keep an opposing defense guessing.
