Hall of Famer Tim Brown says new Offensive Coordinator Terry Robiskie will spark the Titans. For a quick little history lesson how Tim Brown knows Robiskie: Robiskie was on the Los Angeles Raiders coaching staff when Tim Brown arrived in the NFL. Robiskie was the Offensive Coordinator for the Raiders at that time (position he held from 1989 to 1993).
