Why the Titans might make some noise July 9th.
The Tennessee Titans haven't made a supplemental draft bid in as long as I can remember, but this year with the advantage of having the second priority (since this is sort of build like a waiver wire transfer) they are at least considering it.
According to reports, Tennessee was at the West Georgia Pro Day where two players were working out:

Dalvon Stuckey and Darrius Caldwell were the player mentioned, both defensive players.
