Before he was dominating like he is now in the NFL, and even before he was a Heisman trophy-winning back for Alabama in college, Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry was a monster in high school.
The Yulee, Florida native went to Yulee High School and in four seasons totaled an astounding 12,124 yards (8.7 yards per carry) and 153 touchdowns on the ground.
According to Roman Stubbs of the Washington Post, Henry was “benching 365 pounds, clean-jerking 315 pounds, squatting 500 pounds and deadlifting 550 pounds to go with 4.5-second speed in the 40-yard dash” by his senior year.
