Here's my rough outline of what my draft plan would be if I were Ruston Webster.
By now, we have a decent understanding of how this draft is structured. The two quarterbacks will off of the board early, the "big three" receivers will likely be gone by pick 15, and so on and so forth. Now it's time to devise a plan of attack. Taking into account the different tiers of positional talent in this class, I put together a plan for the Titans. This is obviously very fluid as nothing is set in stone, but it's a rough draft of what I would do as a general manager.
