Well after months of not having any idea what injury Rishard Matthews is coming back from, Paul Kuharsky got information that he had knee surgery for a torn meniscus. Kudos to PK for getting information that people have been chasing for a very long time. Kuharsky also says that Matthews is very close to returning to the practice field. Clearly, that is very good news.
The bad news here is that Derrick Morgan suffered a similar injury in the game against the Buccaneers. It is unlikely that he will be ready for week 1.
