The Titans have yet to confirm, but it is being reported that Avery Williamson will sign with the Titans and join the 53-man roster:

So I think it is safe to say that Williamson will be here this week. They have to be bringing Williamson in to compete with Rashaan Evans - who has been nothing short of terrible this season.
