Pro Football Focus has a post over at ESPN (In$ider) that lists one free agent that every team “must” sign. The player they listed for the Titans is Preston Smith formerly of the Washington Redskins. Their comments:
The Titans lacked a true edge rushing force outside of Harold Landry with Brian Orakpo aging. Landry was impressive when rushing the passer in Year 1 but suspect elsewhere, and could benefit from the addition of Smith. During his time in Washington, Smith played nearly 3,000 snaps and brought down 164 QB pressures.
