NFL power rankings come out around the internet on Tuesdays. It is a good way to get a feel for how people are feeling about the Tennessee Titans nationally. That is about all they are good for. This week is obviously going to be a bloodbath with that disastrous performance from Will Levis and the Titans offense. They started low on most of these and will just go lower after the loss to the Chicago Bears.
