I have assumed all along that the Titans would be extending some type of tender to Quinton Spain who is a restricted free agent, but apparently that might not be the case:

That is a very interesting tweet from Mr. Spain. We have talked about how he might not be a great fit in a zone blocking scheme, but you would think they would at least give him a tender offer (read those rules here).
