If Ruston Webster gets the boot, which is no guarantee, the Tennessee Titans need a smart shortlist of candidates to fill his job. While the much maligned Webster hasn’t done a terrible job, in fact he did get Marcus Mariota, Taylor Lewan, Brian Orakpo, Derrick Morgan (re-signed), Jurrell Casey (extended before free agency), and Avery Williamson.

That list of players is a pretty great collection of talent at very important positions. However, some big swings and misses along with the horrible development of the skill positions on this team may end up with Webster in the unemployment line.
