Titans, Mariota At Odds Over Offset Language

Paul Kuharsky of ESPN.com reported the Titans are adamant about including offset language in Mariota's contract, and that's the main reason he remains the only unsigned first-round pick. Likewise, the quarterback and his representatives apparently aren't budging on the issue.
