NFL.com is a lot more fun to visit now that Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans are much more watchable. The offense is humming and is currently one of the best in the league (5th in points allowed) despite not getting a lot of publicity as far as that stat is concerned.

One of the more fun things to look at each week is Gregg Rosenthal’s QB Index that he puts up every Thursday. I tried to stay away from the column in the first two weeks because I wanted a large sample size, but at this point I think we have seen the best (Tampa) and worst (Cleveland) of Marcus Mariota, and actually landed at an average point that gives a good idea what you will see all year (Indy).
