The Titans will have all 10 draft picks signed when training camp opens for the first time since the Floyd Reese era*. Jason Wolf of The Tennessean is reporting that Byard, the 3rd round safety from MTSU, will sign his contract on Monday. He was the lone holdout from the 2016 class.
I think Byard is going to be a really good player. He won't start over Rashad Johnson this year, but that will give him chance to learn from a veteran who is a really solid player at his position.
