Former Houston Oilers quarterback and Hall of Famer Warren Moon has reportedly settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with one of his former employees of his sports marketing company.
According to Adam Kilgore of the Washington Post, the woman’s lawyer shared the news of the sexual harassment settlement. The lawsuit was originally filed in December 2017.
Moon was the co-founder of Sports 1 Marketing when the accusation first came to light. He took a leave of absence shortly thereafter, but is still listed as the company’s president on the website.
The suit alleged Moon “grabbed her crotch, drugged her before pulling off her bathing suit and forced her to sleep in his bed wearing thong underwear.
