Smith (6-0, 195) had been a member of the Titans since 2017. He played 125 snaps on defense last season. A former fifth-round pick, it’s no surprise to see Smith land elsewhere. If the Titans hadn’t brought him back by now, you have to assume he knew the team was going in a different direction.
