The Week 8 matchup between the Tennessee Titans and Tampa Bay Buccaneers was a big disappointment for just about every Titans pass-catcher not named Jonnu Smith, as both wide receivers Corey Davis and A.J. Brown struggled.
The pair saw a combined nine targets, which they turned into 20 yards and a touchdown between the two of them. To make matters worse, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith didn’t help the situation by not having them on the field for nearly enough snaps throughout the course of the game.
I figured the entrance of quarterback Ryan Tannehill into the starting lineup would make Brown and Davis more consistent, but that proved to be not true in Week 8.
