The Titans backfield is very confusing. You have 4 guys- Bishop Sankey, David Cobb, Dexter McCluster and Antonio Andrews- that will all be in the mix to get carries. This regime obviously likes Sankey. They made him the first running back selected in the 2014 draft. His first year was underwhelming, but Barry Sanders would have had trouble running behind the Titans offensive line at the end of the year.
Now, I am not comparing Sankey to the greatest running back of all time. What I am saying is that it is unfair to judge Sankey on last year.
