Seth Walder graded every NFL team’s offseason over at ESPN. He gave the Tennessee Titans offseason a “B.” That’s a pretty fair grade. He pointed to the signing of Lloyd Cushenberry as a move that he liked. The move he didn’t like was the Titans not trading down in the second round of the NFL Draft.
It would have been nice to see the Titans move down in the second round - especially considering that they didn’t have a third round pick and the fact that there were a lot of needs on the roster.
