Eight quick takeaways from the Titans snap counts against the Browns

The Titans snap count data came out this morning from the team’s 43-13 beatdown of the Browns and there were a few things that stood out to me.

  1. Isaiah Mack played the third most defensive snaps among the five active defensive linemen, trailing Jurrell Casey and just one snap behind DaQuan Jones. It was eyebrow raising when Mack sat out the final preseason game while Brent Urban, Austin Johnson, and Matt Dickerson played, but this pretty much confirms that he didn’t just make the 53, he made it comfortably and leap frogged those three on the depth chart.
