Blake Bortles' five touchdowns aren't enough to overcome Marcus Mariota and the Titans in a 42-39 thriller.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville Jaguars coach Gus Bradley was a little understated when talking about Tennessee quarterback Marcus Mariota's performance in the Titans’ 42-39 victory on Sunday.
"The quarterback was an issue for us yesterday," he said.
Well yes, he was, especially with his feet. In addition to throwing for 268 yards and three touchdowns, Mariota ran for 112 yards and another touchdown. That one came at the end of an 87-yard scramble on a blitz that the Jaguars executed pretty well.
