Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan spent the previous week of practice analyzing Nicholas Petit-Frere and Jaelyn Duncan at right tackle after both players struggled versus the Green Bay Packers in Week 3. Callahan will choose between struggling second-and-third-year blockers against the Miami Dolphins on Monday. Or will he?
Earlier in the week, Callahan indicated both Petit-Frere and Duncan could play versus the Dolphins. Perhaps Callahan envisions them alternating series’ until one solidifies themselves. Mike Vrabel once employed a similar strategy with his struggling right tackles.
