Trying to grade a draft before 3 years is pretty ridiculous, but we live in a ridiculous world. That is why we see draft grades all over the internet today. Mel Kiper has put out his draft grades (In$ider), and he wasn't a huge fan of what the Titans did after the Marcus Mariota pick. He gave the Titans a C+.
