The Tennessee Titans believe in quarterback Zach Mettenberger so much that they'll likely pass on one of the top QB's in the draft with the No. 2 overall pick.
Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt and GM Ruston Webster believe they "landed the steal of the 2014 draft" when they picked Mettenberger in the sixth round, and they view the former LSU star as a poor man's Tom Brady, according to David Climer of the Tennessean.
Mettenberger was largely inconsistent in his six starts as a rookie, completing 59.8 percent of his passes for eight touchdowns and seven interceptions.
Tennessee is in position to draft either Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota, and they've been linked to veterans Jay Cutler and Philip Rivers in trade rumors, but they seem content on going with Mettenberger as their starting quarterback.
