PHILADELPHIA – This Sunday the Temple women's soccer team (1-1) is set to take on Big 5 rival, La Salle (1-2), at McCarty Stadium. The match will kick off at 1:00 p.m. The Owls were last in action against Delaware State on August 21, where they picked up a 5-0 victory.
Against Delaware State, four different Owls scored, including two from junior Gabriella McKeown. Of the other scorers, freshmen Morgan Morroco and Fran Davis scored their first career goals.
Coming into the game against the Explorers, Temple has two players tied for the team lead with two goals - McKeown and sophomore Sarah McGlinn.
