AMBLER, Pa. – The Temple women's soccer team lost a tough battle to Lehigh, 3-2 in overtime. The Owls move to 4-2-0 on the season.
The game started off in favor of the Owls, when in fourth minute of the game sophomore Elana Falcone knocked a ball in behind the goalkeeper after it was saved off a previous shot by senior Kaylee Harner. The goal gave Falcone three on the season.
The Mountain Hawks struck next in the 32nd minute, when Clare Severe crossed the ball which allowed Amanda Marques to head the ball behind freshman goalkeeper Jordan Nash.
