PHILADELPHIA – The Temple women's soccer team (1-3-1, 0-0 AAC) dropped a 3-0 decision to the Villanova Wildcats (3-2-1, 0-0 Big East) on Sunday afternoon at the Temple Sports Complex. A strong second half fueled by three goals led the Wildcats to victory.
How it Happened
> The Owls held the Wildcats scoreless for the entirety of the first half, battling for possession to deny them any chances on net. Villanova created the first real opportunity of the game in the eighth minute of action, when Niki Molina sent a ball on frame but was denied by senior goalkeeper Morgan Basileo.
