UNCASVILLE, Conn. -- The #11 Temple women's basketball team upset #6 Wichita State, 72-59, in the opening round of the 2018 Aaron's American Athletic Conference Tournament. The Owls avenged a regular season loss to the Shockers to improve to 12-18 overall, while WSU ends its season at 14-17. The win was the 200th career victory for head coach Tonya Cardoza.
